What is an end-of-life session?
A quiet, gentle photography session designed to document your pet and the relationship you share during their final days or weeks.
What do we photograph?
The things that make them them. Their favorite spots, their goofy expressions, their paws, the way they look at you, cuddles on the couch, family members, and all the little details you'll want to remember.
When should I schedule?
Whenever it feels right for you. Some families schedule when they receive a difficult diagnosis, while others wait until they're closer to saying goodbye. There is no "right" time.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place at home, outside, or somewhere meaningful to you and your pet. The goal is to keep things comfortable and familiar.
What if my pet can't do much anymore?
That's okay.
Some of the most meaningful images can happen simply by sitting together, holding them, or letting them rest in their favorite place.
How much does an end-of-life session cost?
These sessions are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis because I believe every family deserves the opportunity to preserve meaningful memories with their beloved pet, regardless of their financial situation. You can contribute what feels manageable for you and your family. There’s no set price, and I never want cost to be the reason you miss out on these memories.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
I understand how precious time can be during this season of life. I prioritize end-of-life galleries so you can receive your images as soon as possible, without compromising the care and attention they deserve. If time is limited, please let me know when reaching out so I can do my best to accommodate your needs.
Can family members or other pets be included?
Absolutely! These sessions are centered around your beloved pet and the special bond you share with them. Family members and other pets are welcome to join in for meaningful photos together, with the focus remaining on your pet and preserving the memories you’ll cherish most. 🤍
Do you offer sessions on short notice?
Absolutely. I understand that sometimes time is limited, and these moments can be difficult to plan for. I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, so please don’t hesitate to reach out, even if you need a session very soon.
